Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to support a fine dining kitchen. You will handle dishwashing, sanitation, and daily cleaning across the kitchen, dish pit, and related areas, while upholding safety policies and professional conduct.

The role requires physical stamina and a team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities include maintaining sanitary conditions, assisting the Sous Chef, and supporting management with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50–75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and equipment.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen dish pit and waste areas.
• Perform daily floor care and trash/grease removal.
• Adhere to safety policies and report injuries/incidents.
• Break down dish pit at end of day as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in shift duties as assigned.
