Job summary

Delaware North's Patina Group in Beverly Hills is hiring a Kitchen Server (full-time or part-time) to respond quickly in the dining room and expedite food from the kitchen to guests.

You will maintain complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team to ensure flawless service.

This tipped position offers hourly pay and a benefits package, including weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment.
• Deep knowledge of food, ingredients, plating, and allergens.
• Excellent communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating.
• Communicate between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Confirm seat numbers and courses for each dish.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the Expo and service stations.
• Support reset, clearing, and mise en place as needed.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and tastings.
• Uphold and model core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence.
• Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance and innovation.
