Job summary

Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our back-of-house team in a fast-paced fine dining setting. You will wash dishes, pots and pans, stock equipment, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout service.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual and able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Culinary school is preferred but not required; prior restaurant experience helps but dedication and teamwork matter most.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, refined, fine dining atmosphere.
• Culinary school training is preferred but not required for back of house positions.
• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and pans and keep kitchen stocked with clean wares.
• Assist with general cleaning, trash removal and maintaining cleanliness of fixtures and property in and about the restaurant.
