Job summary

The Emeril Group is seeking a dedicated dishwasher for Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas. You will wash dishes, pots and pans, and ensure the kitchen is stocked with cooking equipment and clean small wares for staff and guests. You will also help with trash removal and maintaining overall cleanliness.

The role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, refined dining environment. Culinary school training is preferred but not required for back-of-house positions.

• Experience in a fast-paced, refined, fine dining atmosphere.
• Culinary school training is preferred but not required for back of house positions.
• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots and pans and ensure kitchen staff is stocked with cooking equipment.
• Provide clean and sanitary small wares for guests and staff.
• Perform general cleaning, trash removal and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas.
