Job summary

Rancho Santa Fe Association is seeking a Host/Hostess to greet Members and guests in the clubhouse dining room and ensure a warm, refined experience from arrival through departure.

The ideal candidate has prior hospitality experience, a polished demeanor, and ability to manage reservations and POS systems in a fast-paced environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior hosting, front desk, or guest services experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting preferred.
• Polished, professional demeanor and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with reservation and point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to remember Member names and preferences.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Full availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• The Host/Hostess is responsible for serving as the first and last point of contact for Members and their guests in the clubhouse dining room, setting the tone for a warm, refined experience from arrival through departure.
