Job summary

Bardot Brasserie at ARIA in Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Hostperson to warmly greet guests and seat them, maintaining an organized host area, and supporting servers and bussers for a refined dining experience.

You will manage reservations, relay guest needs to kitchen and management, and keep menus updated. The role requires polished hospitality, weekend/holiday availability, and a 21+ age requirement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of prior restaurant experience as a Food Runner or Server preferred.
• Previous experience as a Hostperson in Fine Dining/Luxury settings preferred.
• Experience with Open Table or SevenRooms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant and seat them.
• Communicate with Reservations about special orders and requests and relay to management.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, house count, table numbers, and dress code.
• Answer phones, manage reservations, and keep menus current and in good condition.
• Relay guest needs to kitchen/management and assist to ensure smooth operation.
• Check back with guests and ensure tables are prepared; monitor cleanliness of work areas.
