CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Host for our Pier Sixty-Six Resort's Fine Dining Garden Room. You will greet guests, seat them, and coordinate with staff to ensure a superior dining experience. This role requires a polished, guest-focused approach in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
• Ability to manage guest inquiries and reservations with courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus.
• Assist in seating guests per seating chart and guest preferences.
• Manage waitlists and provide accurate wait times.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and relay information as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of host station and dining area.
• Ensure guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to resort policies and grooming standards.
• Collaborate with team and management to provide exceptional service.
