Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a proactive Food Runner to join Talavera, our signature Spanish steakhouse. You will support the dining team by delivering food, maintaining table settings, and ensuring seamless service to create exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring prior Food Runner experience in fine dining or luxury hotel settings, strong communication skills, and a service-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous Food Runner experience required, with experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required; wine, food, and spirits knowledge is a plus.
• A warm, service-focused approach with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• The ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming dining experience, including water, bread, and butter service.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately while ensuring quality presentation and attentive service.
• Clear, clean, reset, and prepare tables with linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas, service stations, and support spaces.
• Support the team by refilling beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting colleagues to ensure seamless service.
