Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Front of House experience, preferably in a fine dining venue.
• Must possess a current and valid Food Handler Certification.
• Must have excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes are delivered with accurate presentation, temperature, and sauce.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and service procedures.
• Proactively gauge diners' meal pace and alert management as needed.
