Responsibilities

• Daily setup and teardown at expeditor station.
• Keep station organized at all times.
• Act as liaison between front-of-house and culinary team.
• Know components and presentation of each dish.
• Adjust final presentation and garnishes as per spec.
• Communicate allergies and dietary preferences to culinary team.
• Ensure orders are correct and sent to the right table.
• Run food alongside the food runner as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness per standards.
