Job summary

Lawry's The Prime Rib in Las Vegas seeks a meticulous Dishwasher to support the kitchen team in a high-end dining setting. You will collaborate with the Chef/Sous Chef to keep a clean, organized work area and follow strict food safety policies.

Essential duties include loading and unloading the dish machine, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Prior experience in a similar environment is preferred; bilingualism not required.

Qualifications

• Food service health and safety knowledge preferred.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Wash and prep dishes, restock, and operate dish machine.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas and floors.
• Follow Lawry’s appearance and safety standards.
• Report issues to management promptly.
