Marriott Syracuse Downtown is seeking a Cook 1 for the fine-dining 11 Waters restaurant. You will lead the kitchen alongside the Sous chef, preparing, cooking, and supporting staff to deliver high-quality menu items.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a kitchen role is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and maintain professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Sous chef and Executive Sous Chef in food preparation and cooking.
• Inspect, select and use high-quality ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare and cook according to recipes and standards; date and rotate food containers.
• Ensure timely and consistent food for orders; support kitchen staff as needed.
• Adhere to attendance and other job-related duties.
