Job summary

Smith Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our dining team. The role supports a fine dining experience for residents, preparing meals per standardized recipes and therapeutic diets.

Weekend availability is required, with shifts 5:30AM-1:30PM or 11:30AM-7:30PM and an additional 10% weekend pay differential. Qualifications

• Culinary certificate or degree preferred.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and therapeutic diets.
• Oversee all aspects of preparation, distribution, storage, and sanitation to assure adherence to procedures.
• Follows established safety, security, and sanitation precautions.
• Maintains production and temperature records accurately.
