Restaurant Associates in Newark, NJ is seeking a full-time Cold Food (Salad) attendant for the Audible location at 15 James Street. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime opportunities. Requires two years of culinary experience in a fine-dining establishment.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience in a fine-dining establishment is required.

Responsibilities

• Cuts deli/cold items; prepares sandwiches, salads and other cold foods.
• Obtains production schedule and prep requirements from Chef.
• Prepares meats, cheeses and salads adhering to standards for quality and portions.
• Stocks and replenishes deli/cold products and condiments.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains counters and prep areas.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and proper dating/rotation procedures.
