Requirements include five years in hospitality, the ability to stand for 9 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, strong English communication, and flexibility for full-time or part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of hospitality experience required.
• Must be able to stand for 9 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent English communication and professional demeanor.
• Flexible and able to work full-time or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Display southern hospitality and connect with guests while building loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work with the team.
• Serve guests according to brand steps and scripts.
• Handle bar setup, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with health and safety standards.
