Atria Senior Living, Inc. is looking for a Cocktail Lounge Attendant in Newport Beach, California. This role requires providing excellent customer service, preparing drinks and food, and maintaining the cleanliness of the Cocktail Lounge. Candidates must possess at least one year of customer service experience, be at least 21 years old, and have basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. This position offers must fulfill Atria's training programs and abide by liquor regulations.

Formación

• One or more years of customer service experience.
• Must be twenty one years of age or older if required by applicable law.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• TIPS or other alcohol service training, and food handlers certificate where applicable.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, time management, and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.

Responsabilidades

• Host and prepare drinks and meals in the Cocktail Lounge.
• Provide high level of customer service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor regulations and abide by them.
• Set and clear tables, take food and beverage orders.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of the Cocktail Lounge.
