Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking friendly servers in Newport Beach to provide excellent dining service to residents. You’ll set and clear tables, take orders, and ensure a warm, welcoming dining experience that supports resident comfort and satisfaction.

No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided with paid training. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays and PTO, and tuition

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
