Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Cocktail Lounge Attendant in New York, NY. You will host and prepare drinks, serve meals, and provide outstanding guest service in the Cocktail Lounge and surrounding areas.

Maintain knowledge of wine and beverages, operate the POS system, and follow safety and alcohol regulations. Previous customer service is preferred; 21+ age rule applies where required. Join a team focused on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• One year or more of customer service experience.
• Must be twenty one (21) years of age or older where required by law.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• TIPS or other alcohol service training, and food handlers certificate where applicable.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, time management, and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Anticipate residents' needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of lounge operations and dress code.
• Serve residents and guests’ meals and beverages as requested.
• Adhere to liquor regulations including service to minors and intoxicated individuals.
• Operate and maintain POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Open and close Cocktail Lounge per checklists.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas.
