Job summary

Hyatt Carmel Valley Ranch is seeking cocktail servers to take beverage orders and present menu selections, delivering items to restaurant and bar areas with attentive, courteous service.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of fine-dining experience, strong wine/beer/liquor knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and holidays under pressure while maintaining an organized, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• At least 2 years of experience in four- or five-star establishments with proven knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor.

Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders and record in the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant and bar areas in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning the restaurant and bar areas.
