Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and reset dining tables quickly and accurately.
• Clear plates, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
• Assist servers in delivering food to guests.
• Polish silverware, glassware, and other dining items.
• Stock linens, plates, ice, and service supplies throughout shifts.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
