Job summary

The Mina Group’s StripSteak Waikiki is seeking a dedicated Busser/Server Assistant to support our service team. You’ll help ensure seamless service in a high-volume, fine dining environment with a focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and teamwork.

You will contribute to an energetic, dynamic atmosphere and support the dining room with a positive and professional presence, while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a fine dining or high-volume atmosphere.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Intellectual curiosity and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and bussing to support seamless service in a high-volume, fine dining setting.
• Help maintain dining room appearance and station readiness throughout shifts.
• Provide selfless hospitality to guests and contribute to a memorable dining experience.
