Job summary

StripSteak, a Mina Group restaurant in Waikiki, Hawaii, is seeking a Busser/Server Assistant to help deliver memorable dining experiences. You will support seamless service in our high-volume, fine dining environment with energy, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in fine dining, strong communication, and the ability to lift 40 pounds; you must be at least 16 and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining, high-volume atmosphere.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Must be able to move and lift 40 pounds.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
