Job summary

Tessiestahoe is seeking a dedicated Busser to keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean, organized, and efficiently maintained, reflecting the venue’s brand through professionalism and a strong work ethic. You will support servers, reset tables, stock stations, and help create a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Must be 21+ to serve in Nevada; 2+ years as a busser with at least 6 months in fine dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 Years experience as a busser in a high-volume restaurant; 6 months in fine dining preferred.
• Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high-stress, high-volume environment.
• Able to follow directions, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• 21+ years old to serve food/beverages in Nevada; alcohol awareness and Food Handler cards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and reset tables with clean dishes and polished glassware.
• Assist servers with service steps and bussing during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room during service.
• Stock side stations with linens, china, and silverware.
• Polish glassware and silverware as needed.
• Load/unload linens and break down side stations.
