Qualifications

• Previous busser or server assistant experience in fine dining preferred.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
• Excellent communication with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and guests.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Current Food Handler Certification.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
