Join a busy fine-dining bar where you prepare cocktails, manage time between patrons and servers, and deliver attentive guest service. Experience in fine dining and strong mixology knowledge are required, with multilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a fine-dining bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology.
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Well aware-of time management and attention distribution between bar customers and dinning room servers.
• Interact with customers, taking food orders.
• Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Capable of carrying beer, wine and ice.
