Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume, fine-dining bar.
• Strong knowledge of fine wine and cocktails.
• Experience using Micros POS is a plus.
• Open availability for day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at a fine dining bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and maintain bar cleanliness.
