Job summary

The Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking skilled bartenders to join our fine dining team. Candidates should have two years of experience and solid wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume, fine-dining bar.
• Strong knowledge of fine wine and cocktails.
• Experience using Micros POS is a plus.
• Open availability for day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays preferred.

Our bartenders typically have two years of experience at a fine dining restaurant as well as a solid base of wine, beer, and liquor knowledge. We are looking for bartenders who are personable, have a passion for the art of hospitality, and thrive in a team environment.
