Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up and stocks bars with beer, wine, spirits, glassware and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and prepares fresh fruit and garnishes to ensure quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous manner.
• Takes and serves drinks, ensures correct portions and proper identification.
• Receives and processes payments, verifies charges and vouchers.
