• Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service as a bartender.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks by crafting cocktails, pouring beers and wines per recipes and guest preferences.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments and balance the register.
• Maintain the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Provide exemplary customer service and assist guests with menu knowledge.
• Report on time in proper uniform and clock in/out as required.
