Job summary

Culinary Khancepts is seeking an experienced bartender to join our multi-concept restaurant group. You will provide full bar service, including wine, beer and craft cocktails, while delivering top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include checking IDs, making recommendations, handling cash/credit transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. A flexible schedule and customer-focused attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Able to multi-task.
• Ability to stand for long period, lift 25 lbs, and bend, climb or work in confined spaces.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required according to local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Full bar service, including wine, beer and craft cocktails.
• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Nurture a positive guest experience.
• Check guest identification.
• Adhere to state regulation for Food and Beverage service.
• Handling cash and credit transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change.
• Maintain a clean work space.
• Maintain daily prep lists.
