• Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent mixology and guest relation skills.
• Advanced spirits knowledge with an intermediate knowledge of wines.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests that sit at the bar and welcome them to the restaurant.
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Learn and master Le Depot cocktail recipes.
• Comply with all Utah DABC liquor laws & regulations
