Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of bartending experience in upscale, fine dining, or high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and beer.
• Experience using POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros, or similar).
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits with consistency and attention to detail.
• Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to dining areas while ensuring accuracy, presentation, and proper temperature.
• Provide warm, personalized, high-end service to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with table maintenance, resetting, and overall dining room presentation.
• Support private events, banquets, and club functions as needed.
• Collaborate on seasonal cocktails and bar offerings.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws.
