Job summary

Stonebridge Golf & Country Club in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an energetic Bartender / Fine Dining Server to join its Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate brings experience in high-volume, fine dining and can work nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will greet Members, take and record orders, ensure accurate billing, check IDs, and maintain a polished dining room. Jonas POS knowledge is a plus, and a professional, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in private country club or fine dining.
• Flexible schedule including lunch and dinner, weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing with strong customer service.
• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.
• Experience with Jonas POS system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests in a friendly manner and assist with menu selections.
• Record orders in POS with table and seat numbers.
• Verify age with identification when required.
• Maintain beverage service in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep dining areas clean and prepared for service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
