Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton seeks an experienced Bartender with at least 2 years in upscale dining, hotel, or resort settings. The role requires an outgoing personality, excellent communication, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting patrons, taking orders, serving wine, beer, and cocktails, and maintaining the club environment to the highest standards. Jonas knowledge is preferred; weekend and holiday availability is a must.

Qualifications

• 2 years of bartender experience in upscale dining
• Excellent service orientation and communication
• Experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment
• Knowledge of JONAS preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons, process orders, and uphold Woodfield Country Club dining standards.
• Build relationships, recognize members by name, and retain member preferences.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Take food and/or beverage orders, offering suggestions to personalize dining experiences.
• Prepare cocktails with fresh ingredients using mixology techniques.
• Serve beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and club regulations.

Woodfield Country Clubin Boca Raton is seeking an experiencedBartender. We are consideringcandidates with atleast 2years of prior experience working within an upscale restaurant, hotel or resort environment. Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are a must andknowledge of JONAS is a plus.Bartenders areresponsible for food and beverage and service knowledge, servingmeals to members in ourrestaurants and providing an exceptionaldiningexperience.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• The bartender is responsible for greeting patrons, processing their food/beverage orders, and maintaining the overall environment according to the standards of Woodfield Country Club.
• Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, recognize membership by name and retain member preferences.
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including but not limited to wine, draft beer, bottled beer, liquor, etc.
• Takes food and/or beverage orders from members and their guests, offering suggestions to personalize and customize the dining experience for each patron.
• Practices mixology using prepared and fresh ingredients to make high quality cocktails and other beverages.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent service orientation

• Excellent communication and service skills
• Previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment
• Knowledge of JONAS, preferred
