Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a busser, server assistant, or in a similar role, ideally in a fine dining or upscale environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with front of house and back of house teams.
• Familiarity with fine dining service protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Table Maintenance: Clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guests leave.
• Guest Assistance: Refill drinks, clear dishes, provide extra napkins, and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Supporting Servers and Teamwork: Help deliver drinks, clear courses, restock stations, and assist with large parties.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep dining room and service stations clean and well-stocked.
• Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setting up tables, linens, and preparing for events or private dining.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Physical Requirements: Stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 30 lbs; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
