Freeman’s Auction House seeks a Warehouse Coordinator in Philadelphia to support daily warehouse, auction, and gallery operations. You will assist with artwork handling, inventory, photography, and post-sale fulfillment, collaborating with registrars, art handlers, and external vendors.

The role requires keen attention to detail, organization, and strong communication. You will oversee packing, transport coordination, condition reporting, and exhibition setup, while ensuring safety and security

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in a warehouse, gallery, auction house, fine art logistics, or studio environment.
• Art Handling expertise: packing, archival materials, transportation, and installation standards.
• Proficiency with collection management databases (e.g., FileMaker Pro), inventory software, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional with high-profile clients, vendors, and executives.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who can multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle fine art packing, storage, and movement with care and in line with standards.
• Coordinate packing, transport logistics, condition reporting, and gallery transfers.
• Generate detailed condition reports upon receipt of property.
• Assist with setup, installation, lighting, packing, and de-installation for previews and events.
• Maintain security and safety protocols for client property and staff.
