The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Product, Licensing, Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, leveraging data and automation to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in operations, product development, marketing, or related function.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including licensing, logistics, and finance workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple fine art programs across internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure licensing, product setup, logistics, and finance workflows stay compliant and on schedule.
• Oversee SKU governance, inventory movement, and website/product launches.
• Drive process improvements with data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.
