Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking an entry-level Technician to support oil changes, tire rotations and light maintenance. This hands-on role includes comprehensive training from veteran technicians to help you ramp up and grow.

The position offers a clear growth path within a large automotive group, with full-time hours, a competitive flat-rate hourly wage, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.

• Clear communication with teammates and customers.

• Basic computer tasks for checklists and records.

Mansioni

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary; complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer’s perspective in mind.

Compensation:

$21.00 - $22.00 Flat- Rate Hourly

Responsibilities:
