Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking entry‑level Automotive Technicians to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance. You will work with a team of veteran technicians and receive hands‑on training to ramp up quickly.

This is a full‑time role with a friendly environment, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for bonuses as you grow in the shop. Driving is an essential function.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years experience in a dealership or automotive repair facility.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Effective time management and punctuality.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer's perspective in mind.
• Ensure shop cleanliness.
• Clean shop and tire area as needed.
• Driving is an essential function.

Compensation:

Hourly- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour to start
