Job summary

Findlay Corporate in Spokane, WA is hiring an entry-level Automotive Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations and light maintenance under the guidance of experienced technicians.

You will receive hands-on training from a dedicated team and begin a career in automotive service with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a dealership or automotive repair facility or quick lube environment.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Excellent communication with teammates and customers.
• Strong time management and ability to manage own time effectively.
• Basic computer skills for service documentation.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer’s perspective in mind.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organize workspace.
• Drive as an essential function of the role.

Compensation:

Hourly- $18.00 to $20.00 per hour to start
