Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience in cash handling is required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator is required.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with every client and teammate.
• Performs teller functions accurately in an in-person branch setting.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalate when needed.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals using wellness tools.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines and follow security procedures.
• Promote and educate clients on banking products and services.
