Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources—through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking.
• Experienced in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and is present with clients and teammates.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Identifies opportunities during transactions to deepen and expand client relationships.
• Provides effective and customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
• Develops partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners for client acquisition and relationship depth.
• Complies with all policies and procedures and maintains cash drawer balance.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
