Qualifikationen

• Foundational knowledge of sales/service techniques and digital platforms.

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Open personal and small business accounts and manage deposits.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and external centers of influence.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and proper documentation of client interactions.
• Assist with Teller transactions and participate in morning huddles/ends of day debriefs.
