BMI Federal Credit Union in Dublin, OH is seeking a Financial Coaching and Education Coordinator to grow our member‑focused programs. You will provide personalized 1-on-1 coaching, coordinate workshops, and manage credentialing and reporting across departments to expand financial education services while delivering exceptional member service.

This on-site role requires collaboration with Marketing and Training teams, supports Dollars and Sense University initiatives, and offers meaningful

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Hold or achieve CCUFC credential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations to assess financial position and plan improvements.
• Keep notes and records of coaching sessions and progress toward goals.
• Track and report counseling activities to the VP of Business & Community Development.
• Schedule site visits for one-on-one consultations at worksites or BMI FCU branches.
• Promote financial wellness through workshops, newsletters, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate education resources and outreach strategies with cross‑department collaboration.
