Job summary

Hanscom Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Financial Coach to lead day-to-day branch operations and coach members toward stronger financial health.

You will oversee scheduling, staff development, and in-branch service levels, while delivering 1:1 or small group coaching through in-person, phone, and video channels. Associate degree and 3-5 years in financial services are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar or related financial institution experience.
• Associate's degree and ability to complete a designated financial counseling and coaching certification within the timeframe determined by the training program.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a designated branch and coaching staff.
• Oversee in-branch service levels including account opening, loan applications, and transactions.
• Lead business development activities and represent the Hanscom Federal Credit Union brand in the community.
• Achieve assigned branch goals.
• Complete the Financial Wellness certification program and apply its practices.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching or small group sessions via in-person, phone, or video.
• Follow up with members to ensure action plans are effective; adjust as needed.
• Travel to other branches as staffing needs require.
