As a member of our Financial Wellness team, you will join a dynamic group of purpose-driven individuals dedicated to improving the financial well-being of our members and communities. As a Float Financial Wellness Coach, you'll provide personalized financial coaching, education, and guidance that empowers individuals and families to achieve their financial goals, improve financial confidence, and build a stronger financial future. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one coaching, financial wellness workshops, and community engagement while supporting members across multiple branch locations.
$28.93/hr to $36.16/hr
Compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
