Job summary

Hanscom Federal Credit Union in Bedford, MA, is seeking a Supervisor, Financial Coach to manage day-to-day branch operations, scheduling and staff coaching. You will ensure service levels, assist with account openings and loan processing, and champion the Hanscom brand in the community.

You will develop relationships, deliver 1:1 and group coaching sessions, and drive branch goals, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar or related financial institution experience.
• Associate's degree. Ability to complete a designated financial counseling and coaching certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a designated branch, including branch scheduling and employee coaching and training.
• Assist in ensuring in-branch compliance with Credit Union service levels; understanding of account opening, loan application processing and transaction processing.
• Actively participate in identifying and participating in business development activities and events in the local community; champion the Hanscom Federal Credit Union brand.
• Responsible for achievement of assigned branch goals.
• Participate in the Financial Wellness certification program to achieve and apply financial wellness knowledge.
• Collaborate with individuals and members to change or improve financial behaviors; develop plans and conduct check-ins.
• Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions and small group coaching through in-person, phone, and video.
• Engage with members to ensure action plans have impact and evolve plans with member needs; travel to other branches as needed.
• Perform other duties including travel to other branches as staffing needs require.
