American1cu on-site at the Robinson Rd Branch is seeking a Personal Banker/Member Service Specialist to deliver an outstanding member experience. You will process new memberships, lending, and a variety of credit union transactions while maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer service and sales skills, a high school diploma (GED accepted), and prior banking or credit union experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Credit union or banking experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member experience through a wide range of credit union transactions.
• Open new memberships, lending, and more.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all policies and procedures.
• Assist branch team and be flexible to work from nearby locations.
