Qualifications

• Experience with delivering high-quality member service.
• Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with members.
• Achievement-oriented with the ability to meet personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and complete the Financial Wellness certification program.
• Deliver high quality, consistent member service.
• Ensure cash drawer and member documents are processed in compliance with standards.
• Pursue and refer members for Financial Wellness Coaching.
• Understand in-branch service functions including account opening and loan applications.
• Assist in ensuring in-branch compliance with service levels and processes.
• Participate in business development events as needed.
• Pursue Loan Officer status when opportunities arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
