Job summary

KeyCorp is hiring for a Hybrid Financial Wellness Advisor in Columbus, OH. You will balance client servicing with transaction support, aiming to deepen client relationships and provide tailored financial guidance using in-person and proactive calling approaches.

You will work within a branch team, align with leadership on priorities, and contribute to branch performance through effective client interactions and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources.
• Experienced in cash handling (required).
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator; able to educate clients on digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions and identifies opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Builds partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen clients.
• Reviews product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings; adheres to compliance procedures.
• Participates in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; supports branch performance and client wellness.
